"I have the highest regard for Matt Sweitzer’s work. Over the past 9 years that I have worked with him, he has always grasped the concept of what I needed and come through with above-the-bar work. He developed my logo, cards and stationery, and when I hand people my business card I can see that their appraisal of my own capabilities goes up. His creativity and responsiveness are exactly what I look for in a graphic artist; add to that the ease of working with Matt and you can see why our partnership has been a long-term one."

"We found the work performed by Sweitzer Creative to be truly professional. At completion, our site was interactive and aesthetically pleasing. It was also incredibly easy to navigate. Equally important, the work was done when promised. Although we don't specifically track it, we know we have reached our target audience. Medical students have showcased our site to other programs telling them, "This is what we are looking for!". People approach us all the time at trade shows and remark about the excellence of our web site. We are very pleased."

"I have had a great relationship with Sweitzer Creative for years. Matt's approach and talent is spot on and his enthusiasm for project goals is contagious. I recommend [him/them] without reservation."

Whether the project is a new corporate identity or new website, the process is the same. We start by gathering information from you about the objectives of the project and the specifications of its delivery. We will work to establish the product or company's presence in the market place, as well as the benefits to its target audience. A strategy is then formed and the design process begins.
Once the designs are ready, concepts will be presented to the client. We will carefully develop our concepts to reflect the project goals and ensure that it appeals to the intended market. Depending on the project samples, varying usages will be shown to further illuminate the vision of the design. After the concepts are reviewed, the client will evaluate the concept by supplying their feedback. Revisions will then be made, until we feel the objectives have been reached and the client is pleased with the end result.
Once conceptual approvals have been given, the final production of the deliverables will be completed. Durring this process, proofing and testing are paramont importance. Once all the elements of the project are completed, a final proof will be provided to secure the final review and approval.
The final step of our process is to evaluate the success of the project and to verify that the original objectives have been reached. A follow-up interview examines the impact of the project and outlines any future projects that may be requested. Client satisfaction is our number one goal. |

An effective design is all about getting it right, and that takes time.
Once you have decided to hire us (and we hope you do), we'll provide you with an estimate and working agreement. Work will begin once the agreement has been signed and returned to us. Sometimes it is very difficult to estimate the amount of time a particular project will take, due to an unknown amount of revisions that will be requested. Sometimes we get it right on the first try, but typically, designs will usually require some tweaking. We want you to have peace of mind that your project will not be an open-ended invoice, so we've developed a "swing estimate". Here's how it works - If we underestimate your quote, due to a vast amount of revisions, we will not bill you more than 20% of your original quote. However, honesty is our best policy, so if we overestimate your quote....you will only be billed for the amount of actual time we worked on your project.
Our current rate is $70 per hour, but we can and will work with almost any budget by tailoring the concepts to your needs. Never let an hourly rate scare you away, because a skilled designer will always use his imagination and creativity to meet the needs of his clients. An effective design requires a great designer! |
